The brief re-written

The original british music experience brief was overall not as bad as some of the other YCN briefs and it explained itself quite well. However, it was a little vague in areas, such as the designs should be aimed towards 'anyone and everyone', so we have tightened it up and re-written it so it becomes easier for us to work from:
